New Book Club

New Wendlebury Book Club

This club takes place monthly in the Lion pub and is open to anyone who's interested in broadening their reading and discussing books they've read. We have no particular genre in mind and everyone takes turns choosing the next book for the group to read and starting us off with their thoughts. We're hoping for informal discussion, sharing opinions and thoughts about the book, nothing more high-brow.

We meet 7.45pm in the dining room upstairs in the Cub's Cottage area of The Lion pub, when available. Otherwise ask at the bar and they’ll let you know where in the pub to head for.

The next dates and books are:

  • 21st June: 7th Heaven by James Patterson.
  • 19th July: TBC.
